We want your ad to look as good as possible on the printed page so please contact us if you have any questions on how best to submit your artwork not answered below. We prefer professionally produced ad copy in the correct size sent as Adobe Acrobat/Distiller PDF files using the 'For Prepress' function. If possible please preflight your file before sending. Ad rates include 4 color for all ads with provided 4C artwork.

Following ads 4.5 inches wide by height shown

Full Page 7.25
Half Page 3.50
Quarter Page 1.50

Following ads 2.1/8 (2.157) inches wide by height shown

Half Page Tall 7.25
Quarter Page Tall 3.50
Eighth Page 1.50

IMAGES & FONTS:

Include all fonts used.
Include all placed images at 300 dpi or higher.

COLOR:

Ensure only CMYK color is specified. If close color match is required be sure to use correct CMYK percentages and send us a previously printed version to proof against. You agree that if non-CMYK color is specified our preflight software may automatically select a CMYK alternative that may or may not be a close match but is acceptable to you.

GENERAL:

Provide designers name and phone number.
Once we get your file/s we send out a low-res proof to the person who ordered the ad for approval. Please specify if a copy should also go to the designer.

Most ad files can be sent by email but please compress/zip to submit
